Nimelt vajan abi bmw e46 2.0d 100kw klappide ja nukkade paika panemisega. Ehk siis vajan infot mis asendis peavad nukad olema ja mis asendis silindrid.

Removal/installation of timing chain requires:
Cylinder head removal.
Sump removal.
NOTE: Refer to "Technical specifications" for tightening sequence and torques.

Engine at TDC on No.1 cylinder.
Ensure camshaft lobes are facing Fig.11756.1.
Insert flywheel timing pin Fig.11756.2.
Ensure both camshafts aligned. Use alignment/locking tool Fig.11756.3.
Ensure crankshaft sprocket keyway at 12 o'clock position Fig.11756.4.
Lock/unlock injection pump as follows:
Remove spacer Fig.11756.5 and retighten screw Fig.11756.6 to lock injection pump. Tightening torque: 31 Nm.
Install spacer Fig.11756.5 and retighten screw Fig.11756.6 to unlock injection pump. Tightening torque: 13 Nm.

NOTE: DO NOT rotate locked injection pump, otherwise it could be damaged.
Compress tensioner pistons and lock with tools Fig.11756.7.

NOTE: Tensioner plunger is spring loaded.
Install injection pump sprocket as follows:
Tension lower chain before tightening bolt of injection pump sprocket. Tightening torque: 18 Nm.
Unlock injection pump.
Tighten injection pump sprocket bolt. Tightening torque: 110 Nm.
Install camshaft sprockets as follows:
Align and lock LH camshaft with tool Fig.11756.3.
Install camshaft sprockets complete with chain (DO NOT tighten).
Tension upper chain before tightening bolt of left camshaft sprocket.
Align and lock RH camshaft with tool Fig.11756.3.
Tighten bolt of RH camshaft sprocket.
Bolts for camshaft sprockets MUST only be used once.
Camshaft rotation can be prevented using spanner at positions shown Fig.11756.8.

NOTE: Crankshaft pulley central bolt MUST only be used once.
